Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable, organized, and responsible candidate to handle both front desk and administrative duties. The role involves managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries Schedule and manage client appointments and doctor timings Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time Maintain and update client records in the system Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks Supervise front desk operations and ensure discipline Coordinate with doctors and internal staff for seamless operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Requirements: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/front desk/admin role preferred Freshers with solid communication and management skills can also apply
Skills Required: Communication & interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Customer handling and coordination skills Leadership and supervision ability Positive and qualified attitude
