We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven professional who understands the healthcare ecosystem and can drive patient acquisition while managing hospital partnerships and operations.

Role Overview The Manager – Hospital Partnerships & Patient Acquisition will be responsible for building and managing relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers, while driving patient acquisition and ensuring smooth operational coordination. The role involves managing a team of Patient Acquisition Executives and working closely with hospitals to improve patient conversions, admissions, and overall partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Hospital & Doctor Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, surgeons, and referral networks.
- Identify and onboard new hospital partners across assigned geographies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Aapka and partner hospitals.
- Ensure long-term engagement and business growth with existing hospital partners. Patient Acquisition & Business Growth
- Drive patient acquisition across assigned hospitals and specialties.
- Develop referral channels and partnerships that generate quality patient leads.
- Monitor lead-to-admission conversion and improve conversion ratios.
- Work closely with marketing, telecalling, and field teams to maximize patient flow. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Patient Acquisition Executives.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure field teams maintain robust relationships with hospitals and referral sources.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and growth. Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals for patient admissions, consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries.
- Resolve operational challenges impacting patient experience.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting and performance dashboards.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in Patient Acquisition, Hospital Sales, Healthcare Partnerships, Hospital Operations, or Business Development.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare administrators, or referral networks will be a strong advantage.
- Experience managing field teams or business development executives.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes.
