We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef specializing in Lebanese and Mexican cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of authentic flavors, modern presentation techniques, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop authentic Lebanese and Mexican menus with creative touches
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain vendor relationships
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menus and special promotions Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Lebanese and Mexican cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and cooking techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation Preferred Qualifications:
