Senior Visual Merchandiser (Karol Bagh)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the overall look and feel of our stores through attractive displays and cutting-edge styling. The candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and current market trends to create engaging customer experiences and increase store appeal. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain attractive in-store displays and window setups
- Create festive and theme-based window displays according to different occasions and promotions
- Candidate should have 8-10years experiece in same field
- Arrange products creatively to maximize customer engagement and sales
- Ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Coordinate with store staff for product placement and stock movement
- Coordinate with vendors for props, branding materials, printing, installations, and décor requirements
- Worked with Retail Brands
- Travel to different store locations for VM setup, store checks, and visual updates
- Be comfortable traveling outside Delhi when required for store visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Change displays according to seasons, promotions, and new collections
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards across all stores
- Assist in photoshoots, festive décor setups, and promotional campaigns Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or Retail
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic and styling sense
- Knowledge of color combinations, lighting, space planning, and display styling
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel between stores and outstation locations when required Skills Required
