The firm’s mission is to be a long-term growth partner by offering astute advisory, close process support, and strategic guidance for clients’ evolving business needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in South Delhi, focused on NBFC and Fintech clients. The professional in this position will manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for NBFC/Fintech entities, including preparation and review of financial statements as per applicable standards and regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing loan books, asset classification, provisioning, and other NBFC-specific compliance requirements, as well as supporting regulatory filings and interactions with auditors and regulators. The role involves financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting to support decision-making and growth initiatives. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate closely with internal and client teams to improve controls, ensure timely closures, support fundraising and due diligence, and contribute to process improvements in line with best practices in the NBFC/Fintech ecosystem.Qualifications Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), with 0–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to NBFC or Fintech entities. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory audit processes relevant to financial services and NBFCs.Experience in regulatory compliance, including understanding of RBI guidelines, NBFC norms, and applicable tax and corporate laws. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting to support management and investor requirements. Comfort with accounting and ERP tools, spreadsheets, and financial modeling; ability to work with data accurately and efficiently.Sound understanding of lending products, loan lifecycle, asset classification, provisioning, and risk concepts in the NBFC/Fintech context. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and timelines. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, auditors, and external partners
