Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting customers with troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and analyzing customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and offering exceptional customer support. Qualifications

Robust skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
