The role involves managing end-to-end manufacturing processes, coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering products within timelines and cost targets. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage production activities for embedded and electronics products.
- Ensure timely production, quality compliance, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Monitor production workflows and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
- Maintain production documentation, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
- Work closely with embedded firmware and hardware engineering teams to support manufacturing and product validation.
- Oversee PCB assembly, board bring-up, testing, and debugging processes.
- Manage production schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of materials and components.
