- Events Operations Manager Location: Bengaluru, India About the role: We are seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational delivery for the Accelerate with Google digital event series. This person will be managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies, owning speaker logistics, and ensuring high-quality livestream production and post-event reporting. The role requires robust project management, operational execution, and the ability to pivot quickly during live events. What you will be doing: End-to-end project management for regional digital events: build and maintain project briefs, master timelines, milestone trackers and risk/issue logs. Operational execution: oversee registration workflows, speaker coordination, pre-recording sessions, live Q&A; logistics and post-event analytics. Cross-functional coordination: orchestrate work across Regional CoE, regional PMMs, PSA (speaker) team and the creative agency (2RES) to ensure timely delivery of all assets and activities. Creative & content delivery: manage creative development from brief to final deliverable, ensure presentations/graphics meet brand standards and secure stakeholder approvals.
