Operations & Event Management Executive (Bengaluru)

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Operations & Event Management Executive to handle day-to-day operations and support event execution efficiently. The candidate should have leadership qualities, coordination skills, and basic knowledge of event planning and management. Key Responsibilities Handle operational and backend activities smoothly Coordinate and manage event requirements from planning to execution Lead and guide the event team during projects and events Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams Ensure timely execution of tasks and event deliverables Manage presentations, reports, and operational updates Handle logistics, venue coordination, and event arrangements Solve on-ground issues during events and maintain workflow Requirements Valuable communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge or experience in event management Leadership and team-handling ability Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and presentations is preferred Work Details Work Mode: Office Based Timing: 10 AM – 6/7 PM Salary ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Pay: ₹45,000.00
