Event And Operations Manager Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Production of Client work from initial brief to delivery.

Ensure project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Developing client relationships with the transparent remit to promote the Production Business Unit and raise the quality of event production.

Reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards i.e. increase profitability.

Researching and developing creative suppliers for the company and the Production Business Unit to ensure we offer a full range of creative solutions

Supervision of purchased machinery / equipment.

Selecting, contracting and managing suppliers and freelancers.

Vendor Relation Management including sourcing current ones.

Ensure Health &Safety; measures on site.

Prepare Venue Recce report, Event Manual, Manpower briefs, Post event report.
