Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Support Specialist.

The Technical Support

Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting customers with troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and analyzing customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and offering exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role involves creating detailed documentation of common technical challenges and solutions to improve efficiencies.
