Content Execution & Visual Production Bengaluru

We’re looking for a Video Editor who is equally comfortable

with graphic design tasks — someone who thrives on visual storytelling and can

turn long-form technical content into polished, on-brand assets. This is a

high-execution role that supports our global sales and marketing efforts

through webinars, reels/shorts, client case studies, social creatives, pitch

decks, and more.

Roles and Responsibilites

Video Editing

· Edit high-quality B2B videos: webinars,

interviews, product walkthroughs


· Create shorts/reels for LinkedIn, YouTube, and

Instagram


· Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles,

intros/outros, and captions


· Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short

snippets

Graphic Design


· Design sales decks, client case studies, social

media creatives


· Produce assets for LinkedIn ads, campaign

visuals, event banners


· Maintain brand consistency across all visual

formats


· Support marketing team with thumbnails,

infographics, and internal docs

Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of real-world experience in a

similar role (preferably in a B2B company)


· Strong portfolio showcasing both video and

graphic outputs


· Understands professional formatting for

platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and corporate decks


· Comfortable working with global marketing teams

and meeting timelines


· Self-driven, organized, and obsessed with visual

quality

Tools You Must Know


· Adobe Premiere Pro


· Adobe After Effects


· DaVinci Resolve


· Adobe Photoshop


· Adobe Illustrator


· Bonus: Familiarity with Descript, Runway ML, Pictory, or Canva Pro
