Job Title Lead Offline Business Location Bangalore Head Office Reporting To Head Supply Chain and Operations Role Objective Lead and drive end to end offline business for Household and Furniture categories across India, with strong ownership of analytics driven decision making and operational control over fragile product handling. The role will ensure revenue growth, inventory productivity, safe replenishment, reduced damages, and cost efficient secondary distribution across the warehouse and store network. Key Responsibilities Business Ownership Own offline revenue, margin and sell through across regions Drive inventory turns while ensuring secure handling of fragile SKUs Identify high potential store clusters and expansion opportunities using data Analytics and Performance Intelligence Build dashboards covering Store wise revenue and margin Inventory turns and stock cover Damage percent and breakage trends Return reasons analysis Fill rate and lost sales Conduct SKU wise damage analysis to identify Packaging gaps Handling issues at WH or store Transport related breakage High risk product categories Recommend structural corrective actions, not just reporting. Fragile Inventory and Replenishment Management Design replenishment strategy considering Fragility index of SKUs Transit distance Truck loading pattern Warehouse stacking norms Optimize allocation without increasing damage risk Reduce aged inventory without aggressive liquidation that increases handling risk Warehouse and Logistics Alignment Work closely with WH and TWH teams to Ensure safe loading and unloading practices Improve packaging standards Monitor damage at dispatch vs damage at store Implement cluster based secondary distribution to reduce multiple handling Drive reduction in Damage percent Return due to transit damage Secondary freight per unit Process and Systems Strengthen SAP EWM controls for Batch traceability Damage capture at each node Stock movement visibility Drive automation of offline dashboards including damage and shrinkage metrics Stakeholder Management Align with SCM Warehouse operations Quality team Logistics partners Commercial and buying Regional store heads Act as escalation point for high damage clusters and revenue impacting supply gaps Key KPIs Offline revenue growth Inventory turn Damage percent reduction Return percent reduction Store fill rate Replenishment TAT Secondary freight cost per unit Working capital efficiency Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mjxv0
