Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer – AV and Unified Communications role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with customers and channel partners to understand technical and business requirements, propose suitable AV and Unified Communications solutions, and support the full sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing solution designs and proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and coordinating proof-of-concept deployments. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide technical support and training to customers and partners, troubleshoot solution-related issues, and work closely with internal sales, product, and support teams. The role also includes staying current on VoIP, UC, cloud telephony, and AV technologies, as well as contributing to documentation, presentations, and market feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Robust technical sales and sales engineering skills, with experience of 2-8 years in translating customer requirements into practical AV and Unified Communications solutions.
