This role involves managing end-to-end software implementation, coordinating with clients, conducting training sessions, and ensuring seamless onboarding. The position is primarily work-from-home; however, candidates must attend client meetings as assigned.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, structured problem-solving ability, and a client-centric approach while handling multiple implementations simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end software implementation and deployment for clients Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and configure solutions accordinglyDeliver product demonstrations and client training sessions Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth transition Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues Maintain implementation documentation and progress reports Attend field meetings with clients as requiredEligibility&Requirements Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a client-facing role, customer support, or ERP/software implementation (preferred) Location: Candidate must be based in Bengaluru Work Model: Remote (Work From Home) with mandatory attendance at assigned client meetings Vehicle: Personal vehicle is mandatory for field/client meetingsLaptop: Own laptop is mandatory Working Days: 6 days a week Shift Timing: 9:30 AM– 6:00 PM Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Qualifications&Skills Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Client handling and customer service orientation Experience in software/ERP implementation and user training Ability to work independently in a remote setup Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)Familiarity with project management methodologies is an added advantage
