The ideal candidate brings handson lab expertise, deep understanding of power delivery and highspeed interfaces , and a strong automationfirst mindset , with growing interest in AIassisted validation and debug workflows .This role works closely with hardware design, firmware, and system teams to ensure robust, highquality hardware across NAND and DRAMbased platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead embedded system and hardware bringup for new memory and storage platforms Perform electrical validation and debug of hardware interfaces and subsystemsDebug and validate power delivery systems, including DCDC converters, PMICs, regulators, and power sequencing Validate highspeed signals and interfaces, ensuring electrical robustness and compliance Work handson with NAND Flash and DRAMbased systems during validation and debug cycles Perform electrical measurements using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, and other lab equipmentDevelop automation scripts and test cases to improve validation efficiency, coverage, and repeatability Collaborate with design, firmware, and system teams to support rootcause analysis and issue resolution Drive efficiency and scale through test automation and adoption of AIassisted debug, analysis, and productivity toolsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in embedded systems, hardware bringup, and validation Strong knowledge of: Electrical validation methodologies Power delivery systems (DCDC converters, PMICs, regulators, power sequencing)Highspeed signal fundamentals. Coding/ scripting and AI tools knowledge and adoption to AI, test automation frameworks. Handson experience with: Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and electrical lab equipment NAND and/or DRAMbased systems Scripting for automation (Python, Shell, or equivalent)About Micron Technology, Inc.
