Role Overview - The Senior Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing BECO's end-to-end warehousing operations across India. This role ensures efficient inventory management, cost control, compliance, and seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to support rapid business growth.Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee Pan-India warehouse operations (owned&3PL) ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Design and implement SOPs for inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries to distributors, marketplaces, and D2C channels Inventory Management Maintain inventory accuracy across all locationsDrive stock optimization, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and shrinkage control Lead cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation with ERP/WMS Team&Vendor Management Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and ground staff across regions Manage and negotiate with 3PL partners and warehouse service providers Conduct performance reviews and capability building Process Improvement&Automation Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction Implement WMS enhancements and best-in-class warehousing practices Support new warehouse setup and expansion projects Compliance&Safety Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene standards Drive EHS practices and regular safety audits Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales Support new product launches and demand surges Qualifications&Experience 6–12 years of experience in warehousing&distribution (FMCG / E-commerce / Retail preferred) Proven experience managing Pan-India or multi-location warehouses Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred) Experience with 3PL management and scale-up environments
