Program&Project Management .Lead planning, execution, and delivery of contract logistics programs across warehousing, distribution, and transportation. .Work with operations to prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. .Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools..Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Client&Stakeholder Management .Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders. .Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. .Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates. Operational Excellence .Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies..Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. .Standardize best practices across sites and programs.
