This role sits at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems using data and structured thinking.As a Product Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders. A key part of your role will involve gathering and analysing customer feedback from the app, identifying pain points, and translating insights into well-structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).Day- to-Day Responsibilities: Collect and analyse customer feedback from app reviews, support tickets, and user research Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable product insights Validating and quantifying problem statement, into actionable features Validating the magnitude of the problem, using dataCreate clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to drive feature development Assist in defining product road maps and prioritising as per severity of issues Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on dataSupport experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development Key Skills&Qualifications Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and align on goals Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to breaking down problems AI assisted working: Ability to use chatGPT/Claude to conduct research and gather info, iterate on PRD and make wireframes.Ownership: Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently Documentation: Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise PRDs Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Good to Have: Prior projects or Internship experience in B2C companies, Fintech, mobile based ordering, consumer internet products, social media apps, gaming apps, etc.Familiarity with tools like Jira,Notion or Analytics platforms.
