Role: AI Engineer Location: Remote Role Overview: We are hiring an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI systems that directly shape how Joveo's platform understands jobs, candidates, and markets. You will build the models, pipelines, and infrastructure that turn raw data intointelligent, real-world decisions— at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production - Build LLM-powered features including classification, extraction, and generation - Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and performance- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, well-structured training data - Monitor deployed models for drift, degradation, and edge case failures - Research and experiment with new AI techniques relevant to hiring and talent Required Skills&Qualifications: - Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI - Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) - Experience building and deploying LLM integrations or fine-tuned models - Familiarity with model serving infrastructure (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, BentoML)- Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems - Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders Equal Opportunity Employer: Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
