Technical Customer Success Executive, Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Customer Success / Professional Services Engineer with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web technologies, enterprise applications, and digital adoption solutions. This role involves close collaboration with global customers to understand their requirements, deliver impactful solutions, and drive product adoption.Key Responsibilities: Work with global customers to identify their target audience's training needs and understand applications and business processes. Derive actionable insights and use cases to enhance digital adoption and process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption strategies using the client's Product Ecosystem. Create content using the client Studio Editor to meet customer use cases. Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in project deliverables. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and REST APIs.Understanding of systems architecture and security concepts. Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Education: Bachelor's or Professional degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA (mandatory). A background in Solutions / Technical Customer Success / Professional Services is preferred. Preferred Skills: Excellent spoken English skills (frequent communication with North American clients).Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. Experience with ERP, CRM, or CLM applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc.
