We are seeking a Curriculum Lead / Specialist with extensive experience in early childhood education to ensure effective curriculum implementation across preschools. The specialist will mentor and train teachers, monitor classroom practices, and maintain high-quality learning environments. This role also includes curriculum budgeting, program evaluation, and supporting teacher development through coaching, observation, and hands-on guidance.Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Implementation&Academic Support: Ensure all centres implement curriculum according to established guidelines. Approve lesson plans, observe classrooms, and oversee student assessments. Develop system-wide curricular objectives, implementation plans, and evaluation methods. Guide teachers in creating assessments, report cards, portfolios, and diaries.Teacher Training&Mentorship: Conduct training programs for facilitators on latest instructional strategies. Provide mentoring, classroom coaching, and constructive feedback. Identify learning needs and recommend professional development opportunities. Conduct performance reviews and appraisal discussions for teaching staff.Centre&Community Engagement: Collaborate with Centre Directors, Admins, and Operations Managers for smooth operations. Deliver presentations for parent orientations, open houses, and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure classrooms are visually engaging and celebrate student achievements. Evaluation&Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven processes to enhance educational outcomes. Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education through workshops and journals. Evaluate programs and recommend improvements to enhance the overall student and parent experience. Administrative&Individual Responsibilities: Ensure teachers are aware of curriculum updates. Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in all tasks. Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and flexibility in scheduling. Promote a welcoming environment centre-wide and remain approachable. Qualifications&Experience: Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/ECE/CIDTT trained)– compulsory. Minimum 6 years of preschool industry experience with at least 2 years of classroom teaching experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and webinar tools.Additional Skills: Ability to train and evaluate teaching staff, curriculum development, classroom observation&mentoring, program evaluation, lesson plan approvals, data-driven decision-making, creative and analytical thinking, independence with teamwork, willingness to travel within and across regions.
