The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace accounts like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms, along with website order management, customer communication, WhatsApp/email marketing, product uploads, inventory coordination, and overall marketplace growth activities. This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern e-commerce brands operate and can take ownership of daily online business operations.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.
- Create and optimize product listings
- Update pricing, stock, offers, banners, and product descriptions
- Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
- Monitor account health, policy violations, and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch
- Improve product visibility and sales performance on marketplaces Website & Admin Management
- Manage website backend/admin panel
- Update products, inventory, offers, banners, and landing pages
- Track orders, payments, and customer activity
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates if required
- Maintain product catalog and ensure accurate data Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Run email marketing campaigns and customer communication
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, festive offers, and product launches
- Help improve repeat customer engagement
- Assist in social media coordination and content posting Sales & Reporting
- Generate marketplace sales reports
- Analyze best-selling products and campaign performance
- Track daily sales, returns, ad spend, and inventory movement
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales Required Skills
- Experience handling Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online order workflows
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and email marketing tools
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple tasks and platforms
- Smart communication and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of cosmetics/beauty product industry is an advantage Preferred Knowledge
- Amazon Ads / Marketplace Ads
- Canva or basic design tools
- Shopify / WooCommerce / Custom Admin Panels
- SEO basics for product listings
- Inventory management systems
