Website: Our Team: About the Role We're hiring a Visual Merchandising to shape how our brand shows up in every store — from the window to the last rack. This role is equal parts creative direction and commercial thinking. You'll work closely with our Category, Inventory, and Retail Ops teams to make sure every store tells the right story, at the right time, with the right product front and centre. If you understand how a well-merchandised store drives footfall, builds brand love, and moves inventory faster — this one's for you. Key Responsibilities ●VM Strategy & Planning: Own the visual merchandising strategy across all stores. Stay closely looped in with the Inventory team on new arrivals, stock movement, bestsellers, and slow movers — and turn that information into clear, store-wise display plans that drive sell-through. ●Planograms & Store Layout: Build planograms for new store openings and refresh layouts for existing stores. Get the category zoning right, make sure hero products get the visibility they deserve, and ensure VM standards are consistent whether it's store one or store twenty. ●Window Displays: Lead the conceptualization and execution of seasonal and festive window displays — Diwali, wedding season, Eid, and key campaign moments.
