With over200,000 classes scheduled every month, we're creating a global movement to equip childrenwith the tools they need to lead successful, fulfilling lives with expert-designed coursestailored to each child's age and grade.Role & Responsibilities:Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts for Ed Tech campaigns.Edit raw footage from virtual classes, camera shoots, and recordings into polished, engaging short-form videos optimized for You Tube, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and Linked In.Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and special effects using Adobe suite tools.Lead creative strategy sessions, track trends like AR/VR, whiteboard animations, and 360° videos to keep content cutting-edge.Manage end-to-end multimedia projects—from conception to delivery—ensuring deadlines and quality for educational storytelling.Oversee a small team to deliver on-time, high-impact videos that drive learner engagement and brand growth.Desired Qualifications & Experience:2-5 years as Video Editor/Producer, ideally in Ed Tech, digital marketing, or content creation.Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus for Final Cut Pro.Proven short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, timing, sound/visual sync) for social media.Experience managing production for stills/video, multitasking projects, and staying ahead of trends (animation, AR/VR, immersive video).Robust English communication, team collaboration, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
