Job Title: Customer Support Associate / Process Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

Location: AKR Infinity, Hosur Rd, Muneshwara Nagar, Bengaluru

Work Schedule: 6 days working, General Shift

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, articulate, and customer-focused individuals who possess excellent English communication skills, along with proficiency in at least one language. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism in English
- Assist customers in their preferred language,
- Resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers & Experienced both welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in any one language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, etc.)
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude, strong listening skills, and problem-solving ability
