What we’d like you to deliver :

1. Own end-to-end planning and execution of platform-level events (Diwali,Rakhi, Holi, Christmas, etc.) — from concept to go-live to post-event analysis. 2. Lead cross-functional sprints across Category, Ad-Sales, Product, Design, Analytics, and Business to execute flawless launch days. 3. Run post-event reviews — what worked, what didn't, what to double down on next time. 4. Plan and execute in-app merchandising for events — create wireframes, landing pages, and category storefronts that convert. 5. Track CTR and CVR data to optimize widget, category visibility and creatives in real time. 6. Use customer feedback, search trends, and category insights to shape event themes and assortment.

What we're looking for :

1. 2
- 4 years of experience, ideally in E-commerce, Quick commerce, or consumer internet. 2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing or Business background is a plus. 3. Prior exposure to merchandising, category management, events, or growth marketing in a fast-paced app-first business. 4. Solid analytical chops
- comfortable with Excel, SQL is a bonus, and able to turn data into clear next steps 5. Creative thinker with taste
- you notice good design, write tight copy, and have opinions on what looks good on a storefront. 6. High ownership and bias for action. You move fast, unblock yourself, and don't wait to be told what to do. 7. Comfortable working under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- event weeks are intense. 8. Strong stakeholder management
- you can hold your own with Design, Category, Product, and Leadership. 9. Excellent communication and the ability to drive alignment across teams without formal authority.
