Role Description This is an on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Bengaluru. Tasks such as conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and assisting with link-building initiatives. Responsibilities include helping perform SEO audits for client websites, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and preparing simple reports on rankings, traffic, and user behavior. The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across campaigns, documenting findings, and staying current with search engine trends and algorithm updates.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Ability to assist with SEO Audits, identifying technical and content-related issues that impact search visibility.
- Basic understanding of Link Building strategies and off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience or familiarity with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track and interpret SEO performance.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and ability to manage time and tasks in a structured way.
