Head of Solutions – Warehousing & Infrastructure (Bengaluru)

Role Overview The Head of Solutions will serve as the subject matter expert on warehousing and infrastructure requirements across industries. This role demands deep knowledge of warehousing spaces, interior fitouts, and operational needs for different product categories. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen solution pitches, coordinate proactively with internal teams, and provide clients with wellresearched, businessoriented recommendations. This position will be based out of Bengaluru Head Office. Key Responsibilities  Domain Expertise: Possess indepth understanding of warehousing spaces, fitouts, and industryspecific requirements (manufacturing, FMCG, ecommerce, retail, etc.).  Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by shaping solution pitches and presentations; act as the technical backbone during client discussions.  Gap Analysis: Identify existing gaps in client warehousing setups and recommend practical solutions.  Proactive Coordination: Work aggressively with operations, projects, and business development teams to ensure solutions are aligned and feasible — without being directly responsible for execution.  Research Orientation: Continuously study industry trends, global practices, and emerging technologies to enhance solution quality.  Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively for internal coordination and clientfacing support alongside the sales team. Desired Skills & Attributes  Strong knowledge of warehousing industry practices and infrastructure.  Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably a South Indian language.  Patient, cooperative, and researchoriented mindset.  Businessfocused, authoritative, and convincing personality.  Ability to handle complex requirements with maturity and persistence.  Presentable and proactive in clientfacing situations.  Relevant experience of 10+ years  Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
