DevOps Tooling /Developer Productivity Engineer (Bengaluru)

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical engineer with strong development expertise in building AI-driven automation and DevOps tooling solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable internal platforms, intelligent workflow automation, and productivity-focused engineering solutions with a strategic and problem-solving mindset. This role focuses on designing and developing modern automation systems, AI-assisted developer tooling, and RAG-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency and operational scalability. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven automation tools and internal engineering platforms using C# and .NET Core
- Build intelligent workflow automation and developer productivity solutions
- Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions and AI-powered engineering utilities
- Create scalable backend services, tooling frameworks, and automation systems
- Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to improve development workflows and operational efficiency
- Build reusable components and frameworks for scalable automation and process optimization
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements and automation
- Troubleshoot and enhance tooling performance, integrations, and engineering workflows Required Skills
- Strong hands-on development experience in C# and .NET Core
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Strong understanding of backend development, automation architecture, and engineering best practices
- Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows or intelligent automation systems
- Ability to think strategically and build scalable engineering solutions

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and automation workflows

- Understanding of REST APIs and service integrations
