We are a growing IT & Digital Services company delivering innovative solutions to global clients. We are looking for passionate MBA graduates who want hands-on experience in modern, value-driven B2B sales, with exposure to healthcare clients, AI tools, and enterprise deal cycles.
Working directly with the Founder, you will support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to client engagement and proposal building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn & email
- Run value-based outreach campaigns focused on building relationships
Sales Coordination & Execution
- Assist in scheduling demos and coordinating client calls
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking
- Support pipeline/funnel management, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and progressing
Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify potential opportunities and client pain points
Content & Proposal Support
- Assist in creating LinkedIn posts, email sequences, proposals, and pitch decks
- Use AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency
Client Exposure & Learning
- Join discovery calls and demos with the Founder
- Understand enterprise client expectations and deal cycles
- Learn how to map client requirements to solutions and assess feasibility
Business & Revenue Support
- Support quick business needs (e.g., presentations, basic webpages, solution drafts)
- Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition and revenue growth
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Business) – Freshers
- Solid communication and willingness to learn
- Interest in B2B sales, healthcare domain, and enterprise clients
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
