About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO), Distribution, Large Format Retail (LFR), and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) business. Based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, scaling our retail footprint across India, and building strong, lasting partnerships within the fashion and footwear sector.

Key Responsibilities Business Expansion: Identify, target, and launch new MBO, LFR, and SIS counters across key strategic territories in India to increase market penetration. Revenue Generation: Own the regional sales targets. Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to drive top-line growth and maximise profitability across all assigned channels. Partner Management: Cultivate and manage robust relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure mutual growth and brand alignment. Market Intelligence: Travel extensively across India to monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the performance footwear and fashion landscape. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and commercial negotiations for the assigned region.

What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management specifically within the Fashion or Footwear industry. Channel Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience managing MBOs, distribution networks, LFRs, and SIS formats. Skills: Solid negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
