Performance Marketing Manager (Bengaluru)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition end-to-end including strategy, budgets, creatives, bidding, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics deeply, takes quick decisions based on data, and continuously experiments to improve results.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).

Own budget allocation, campaign performance, and ROAS targets.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans.

Continuously test creatives, ad copies, targeting strategies, and bidding models.

Monitor CAC, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

1. 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing for web-based platforms or online companies.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Solid analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve campaign performance.

Ability to understand creative-performance fit and identify high-performing ad concepts.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for analysis, copy iteration, and workflow efficiency.

Compensation Structure:

• Probation period with a salary of ₹30,000 per month, Notice period
