The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users. **Responsibilities** + Own the technical strategy, scoping, and outcomes to expand Android Developer Console (ADC) features and capabilities. + Provide technical and strategic leadership for developer-facing products. + Participate in the full life-cycle of new modules/features like shaping product strategy, understanding product requirements, and contributing to system design. Coach and mentor software engineers to implement and land these features. + Manage a small team reporting to you, including staffing, career and performance management, and fostering group dynamics to accomplish the team's mission. + Represent the team to other teams at Google finding collaborative ways to achieve shared goals.
