- Ph.D. in Physics from a recognized university.

- Experience in funded research projects, patents, or consultancy is desirable. Roles & Responsibilities : Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physics and related interdisciplinary subjects .
- Prepare lecture materials, assignments, and evaluation methods.
- Employ modern teaching methodologies including digital learning tools. Research & Publications
- Conduct innovative research in Physics and publish in reputed journals and conferences .
- Apply for external research funding and collaborative projects .
- Guide student research projects and supervise postgraduate and doctoral students. Student Mentorship
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Support students in research, competitions, internships, and career planning. Laboratory & Infrastructure Development
- Develop and maintain Physics laboratories and research facilities .
- Introduce new experiments aligned with emerging technologies. Curriculum Development
- Participate in curriculum design and revision as per AICTE and university guidelines .
- Integrate interdisciplinary and industry-relevant topics. Academic Administration
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
- Contribute to accreditation and quality initiatives such as NAAC/NBA processes . Collaboration & Outreach
- Build collaborations with research institutes, universities, and industry partners .
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and guest lectures. Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust subject knowledge in Physics.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven research capability and publication record.
- Ability to mentor students and guide research projects.
