BDA & Sales Intern (Bengaluru)

About FlatX FlatX is India's first AI-powered rental platform for young urban renters — finding the right flat and flatmate, faster, without brokers. We're a YC S22 company, Bengaluru-first, and moving fast. The role We're hiring 8 Sales Interns to join our Bengaluru office immediately. You'll be calling warm inbound leads — renters who've already discovered FlatX — and converting them into paid subscribers. It's a pure sales role: high activity, clear targets, and an incentive structure where your effort directly becomes your paycheck. What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to inbound leads and convert them to paid FlatX subscribers
- Manage follow-ups over phone and WhatsApp; own your pipeline end-to-end
- Update CRM daily and hit individual conversion targets
- Feed real-time objection insights back to the growth team What we're looking for
- Bengaluru-based — this is a full-time, in-office role (Mon–Sat)
- Excellent spoken English + Kannada or Hindi
- Confident on calls, persistent with follow-ups, and target-oriented
- Prior telecalling / BDA / inside sales experience is a plus, not a must
- Available to join by 31 May 2026 Compensation ₹10,000 fixed stipend/month
