Academic Innovation Programme Manager Bengaluru

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Programme Manager to coordinate and manage innovation, startup, and institutional development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and programme execution skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional programmes and initiatives. Collaborate with startups, industry experts, mentors, and external stakeholders. Manage programme documentation, reporting, and operational activities. Organize workshops, events, meetings, and outreach activities. Support partnerships, ecosystem engagement, and institutional collaborations. Maintain records, reports, and online portal updates as required. Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and programme activities.

Eligibility MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme management, startup ecosystem, incubation, operations, or related fields.

Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to multitask and manage evolving priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools. Robust documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
