Oracle DevOps Fusion RTR Delivery Lead, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and support of Fusion R T R processes and solutions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational SupportStay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively. Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed Manage functional/technical team within Value StreamOracl e Fusion DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Instances within JCI . Oracle Fusion Dev O p s RTR Delivery Lead will be singl e point of contact (SPOC) for this functional area stream for all development and support related activities for this track. Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancement s/ Change Requests and Support activities pipelineWork planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPO s, Delivery Leads and Oracle S olution Architects. Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholdersCoordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps, Delivery and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issues between Record to Report ( RTR) and other Values streams/integration areas on a timely manner Scheduling, Reviews and approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment/Release leadersOptimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teamsShare Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders Drive initiatives leveraging advanc ed technologies such as AI Agents, Automation solution s and work closely with Finance COE to optimize / eliminate the redundancies in the RTR Business processes.Required Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent 1 5 + years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs Proven track record in Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturing space within Oracle Fusion ERP Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutionsfor small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Record to Report ( RTR ) business processesHands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influence and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values Integrity, teamwork, excellence, Customer focus andAccountabilityExperience in driving partner engagement with offshore/onshore delivery model Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environmentP referred Skills Oracle Cloud certifications.
