Human by nature.Fragrance&Beauty; Logistics Executive at Givaudan– Your future position At Givaudan we are committed to surprising and delighting all our customers, all along our supply chain. Ensuring the highest quality in everything we do is the keystone of this pledge. In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Inbound and Outbound logistics for Fragrance and Oral Care compounds, ensuring timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Inbound Coordinate with Global Freight Forwarders and local Custom House Agents (CHAs) for timely clearance of import shipments (Air&Sea;). Manage import documentation Maintain soft copies of import documents Liaise/follow up with Clearing Agents (CHAs), Transporters, internal departments, and Banks to speed up clearance and resolve operational issues. Submit Bills of Entry and related documents to Finance for vendor payments.Handle DDC shipments by submitting required documents to Drug Controller for timely NoC clearance. Ensure compliance with Customs and other regulatory requirements. Outbound Plan and execute export&domestic; shipments in SAP aligned with GI dates. Prepare and manage export documents Coordinate with banks under LC terms for submission of export documents. Liaise with Customs, and other statutory bodies for regulatory compliance. Manage outbound transporters to ensure timely dispatch of export&domestic; consignments from factory to port/airport. Track shipments till final delivery to overseas customers and update stakeholders. Payments&Coordination; Process CHA / Freight Forwarder / Transporter invoices and ensure timely payment. Work closely with Finance to facilitate settlement of vendor payments on due date Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Planning, QC, Manufacturing, Warehouse) for shipment readiness. Reporting&MIS; Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports covering freight costs, lead times, shipment volumes, and pending cases. Continuous Improvement Actively contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in logistics.
