Job Description The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning
- Delivery department, specifically focusing on SAP IBP Demand Planning. They will lead a team, ensuring effective demand planning and forecasting, and driving process improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the demand planning landscape within the organization.Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of SAP IBP Demand Planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop and implement demand planning strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to forecast demand accurately.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure demand plans are integrated with overall business plans. Implement SAP IBP tools and technologies to enhance demand planning processes and efficiency. Monitor and evaluate demand planning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and supply chain management. Document and communicate demand planning processes, ensuring clear and consistent guidelines for the team. Provide regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience in demand planning, with a strong background in SAP IBP. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in SAP IBP and other relevant demand planning tools and technologies. Experience in developing and implementing demand planning strategies and processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
