Accountant (Banashankari)

Job Title: Accountant Location: Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bengaluru Company: Reputed Real Estate Builder Job Type: Full time We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our real estate business. The candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, vendor payments, billing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts
- Track project-wise expenses and maintain cost records
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS and financial reports
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and income tax compliance
- Maintain payroll records and salary processing
- Handle petty cash and office expense tracking
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support audits and internal financial reviews Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Candidate Profile
