Position Overview: The Operations Executive will play a central role in ensuring seamless operational flow across purchasing, project coordination, and accounts receivable functions. This role is critical to delivering high-quality home automation solutions by managing vendor relationships, coordinating project documentation and execution, and overseeing client billing and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Purchasing & Supply Chain Management
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with suppliers of home automation devices, networking equipment, electrical components, and installation materials.
- Prepare purchase orders based on project requirements, stock levels, and timelines.
- Track purchase order status, delivery schedules, and ensure timely follow-up with vendors.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with warehouse teams and project managers.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service agreements to optimize procurement costs.
- Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality; coordinate returns or replacements as needed.
- Maintain a purchasing database including vendor price lists, product specifications, warranties, and lead times. 2. Project Coordination & Documentation (Project Statement)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BOQs, project statements, technical specifications, timelines, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to convert signed proposals into executable project plans.
- Liaise with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure materials availability and timely site execution.
- Track project progress and update internal dashboards, status reports, and client communication logs.
- Ensure all installations comply with company standards, client requirements, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Provide administrative support for project closure, including commissioning documents, product manuals, warranty information, and handover kits.
- Assist in managing project change orders, material revisions, and client approvals. 3. Accounts Receivable & Client Billing
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare invoices based on project milestones, delivery schedules, or service agreements.
- Track outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and maintain an accurate receivables aging report.
- Assist in resolving billing disputes by coordinating with sales, technical teams, and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation of collections, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.
- Support cash-flow forecasting by providing timely updates on expected receivables.
- Maintain records of credit terms, payment plans, and approved exceptions. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination (preferably in home automation, electrical, IT, or construction industries). Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of home automation systems (lighting control, CCTV, audio, networking, IoT devices) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools. Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a quick-paced workplace. Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits:
