Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients and customers. Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages. Follow up with leads and appointments. Maintain daily call reports and customer database. Handle customer inquiries professionally. Coordinate with marketing and front office teams. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements Positive communication and convincing skills. Fluency in Malayalam; English/Hindi is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge. Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
