Junior Programmer / Analyst (Banashankari)

Description Our Partner Company is a boutique technology management company based in San Francisco, with an engineering office in Bangalore. Since 2017, they have been serving mid-sized businesses across California. Responsibilities Responsibilities As a Junior Engineer, you will work alongside experienced team members on real-world engineering and automation projects. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in developing, debugging, and maintaining software applications and automation workflows.
- Working with SQL, Python, and APIs to support data and business operations.
- Understanding and improving existing codebases with guidance from senior engineers.
- Troubleshooting issues and documenting findings clearly.
- Participating in team discussions, code reviews, and team-oriented problem-solving.
- Learning business workflows and how technology supports operational processes.
- Continuously learning new tools and technologies relevant to the team’s work. Qualifications Soft Skills (What matters most) Technical skills can be taught, but these foundational behaviors are essential:

- Data Engineering & Business Intelligence: Strong SQL fundamentals, data modeling concepts, and Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
- AI & Cloud Fundamentals: API fundamentals (HTTP, REST, GET/POST methods), parsing JSON payloads, basic cloud infrastructure concepts, and practical AI utilization.
- ERP & Automation Ecosystem: Exposure to C# and the .NET framework, understanding of business process workflows (especially financial systems), document extraction/OCR concepts, and exception-handling workflows. Job Benefits
