Role Description This is a full time, in office Security Manager role located in Bengaluru at the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.

The Security

Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security, ensuring the safety of the hotel's premises, guests, and staff, and managing security protocols. Duties include supervising the security team, conducting risk assessments, implementing and monitoring security systems, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a safe setting.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Security and Security Management to protect personnel and property effectively Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security for safeguarding digital assets and systems Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Familiarity with local safety regulations and emergency response protocols Previous experience in a hospitality security role is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Security Management or a related field is preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mfgk4
