Copa Trainer Kurukshetra

Role Description:

The COPA Trainer role is a full time, on-site position located in Kurukshetra. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on computer operator and programming assistance (COPA) to trainees. Key daily responsibilities include planning and conducting sessions, designing relevant curriculum, evaluating trainees’ progress, providing hands-on training in computer applications, and staying updated with the latest industry practices.

The trainer will also mentor and guide trainees to ensure skill readiness and professional growth.

Qualifications: Proficiency in computer operations, programming, and IT applications Training, mentoring, and instructional expertise in theoretical and practical settings Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred Previous training or teaching experience is an advantage Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning workplace
