Job Description

1. Industrial Automation & Controls

- SCADA monitoring and basic configuration; HMI development (screen modifications, alarms, data visualization)
- Industrial communication protocols:
- EtherCAT, PROFINET, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP
- Motion control systems and servo tuning; VFD programming and optimization

2. PLC Programming & Controls

- Advanced programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLC programs.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Omron, Keyence, Mitsubishi, Siemens PLCs
- Servo actuators, drives, motors, and electrical systems

3. Industry 4.0 & IIoT (Industrial IoT)

- Understanding of Industry 4.0 digital manufacturing concepts
- Sensor‑based data acquisition; Edge computing basics
- Connectivity of machines to cloud/servers; Data analytics awareness for predictive maintenance.

4. Robotics & Advanced Automation

- Basic calibration and tool‑center‑point (TCP) adjustments
- Robot safety (fencing, light curtain integration, interlocks); Understanding of robot communication with PLC/MES; Support for collaborative robots (Cobots) — UR, Fanuc CR series (if applicable)

5. Vision & Inspection Systems

- Parameter tuning for vision applications; Lighting & lens selection basics
- Integration of vision systems with PLC/robots; Reject logic & quality feedback loop setup

6. Breakdown Management

- Attend and troubleshoot machine breakdowns in shifts to ensure minimum downtime.
- Provide immediate containment actions and document breakdowns in MIS.
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare permanent corrective action reports.

7. Manufacturing Execution & Digital Systems

- Basic SQL database understanding (queries/read-only practical); Dashboard or KPI visualization tool familiarity (Power BI/other)
- Barcode/RFID hardware integration; Traceability systems and serialization knowledge

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field with 5–8 years of experience in machine maintenance & automation.Machine maintenance in manufacturing (automotive/electronics/precision manufacturing preferred); PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical automation; Vision systems, digital systems, and robot-assisted production lines; MES, SCADA, or other digital manufacturing tools; Preventive and predictive maintenance of automated machinery Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4l97s0
