- Stock Management: Clean, sort, and store dishes and kitchen equipment properly; assist in monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals safely, and follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies. Required Skills & Attributes
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, work in hot/humid environments, and lift heavy items.
- Time Management: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Following health, safety, and sanitation protocols diligently. Working Conditions
- Environment: Fast-paced commercial kitchens (hotels, restaurants, cruise ships).
- Schedule: Often involves evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is vital for maintaining food safety and allowing chefs to work efficiently without interruptions. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits:
