Cashier/Customer Service (Peroorkada)

A Cashier in a Hotel Resto Bar is responsible for managing guest billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial transactions for food and beverage services. The role supports smooth coordination between service staff, kitchen, and accounts while delivering excellent guest service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present bills to guests accurately for restaurant and bar services
- Process all types of payments (cash, credit/debit cards, room charge, digital payments)
- Post charges to guest rooms and verify guest details before billing
- Handle split bills, discounts, and promotional offers as per hotel policy
- Maintain and manage daily cash float and POS system
- Issue receipts, refunds, and ensure proper documentation
- Balance cash register and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Coordinate with service staff (waiters, bartenders) for order verification
- Ensure all food & beverage bills are correctly entered into the system
- Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily sales reports
- Assist guests with billing queries in a polite and professional manner Job Types: Part time, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00
