Engineers /Sr. Engineers ( Exp- 7- 12)

Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control daily production activities for piping spool fabrication Lead shop floor operations including cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, and dispatch Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and client requirements Review drawings, isometrics, and work orders before execution Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, design, and stores for smooth workflow Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and codes (ASME, ISO, etc.) Manage and supervise manpower, including welders, fitters, and operators Implement cost control and wastage reduction initiatives Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct toolbox talks Prepare daily/weekly production reports and MIS Support audits, client inspections, and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of piping fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and GA drawings Positive understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, SAW, etc.) Knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT) Familiarity with piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API, etc.) Solid leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Valuable communication and coordination skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mf0ua
